Tips for Recruitment

• Our organization assists high school senior girls who live in the following school districts: Birdville, Carroll, Grapevine-Colleyville, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Irving, Keller, and Northwest.
• Register with Mid-Cities Panhellenic (send the form to the address on the bottom of the form).
• Send personal information (pictures, resume & copy of your transcript) to reference chairs. If you have a friend already writing you a recommendation for a group please notify that group's reference chair. Pass along their name, address and phone in lieu of your personal information.
• Register with your college Panhellenic-this is very important. You will receive recruitment information from your university this summer.
• Two to three weeks before Recruitment-call the college Panhellenic office to make sure they received your registration information. Some things do get lost in the mail!
